  1. The payment service provider shall include in the framework contract the right of the payment service user to withdraw funds from concluding the framework contract, without imposing any fines, within a period of not less than ten working days.
  2. The payment service provider may begin providing the relevant payment services during the withdrawal period, provided that the payment service user agrees to the same and verification of compliance with all requirements in relation to the provision of the service is completed, provided that the same does not affect the user’s right to terminate the framework contract during such period.
  3. If the payment service user terminates the framework contract during the termination term, he shall be entitled to a full refund of any previously-paid fees if the fees are not related to a payment service provided thereto.
