When providing the relevant payment services under the Framework Contract, the payment service provider shall provide the payment service user with the framework contract before starting to provide the same or after executing the first payment transaction, in the event that he uses a means of communication that makes it impossible to provide him with the framework contract in advance, provided that it includes - as a minimum - the following:
A.
A schedule of fees, charges, commissions and currency rates applied to payment transactions, including exchange rates and withdrawal fees.
B.
Payment service provider’s data, name, registered address and contact information.
C.
Provisions and procedures relating to the establishment and withdrawal of authorization, the establishment of a payment services order and the execution of payment transactions.`
D.
Means and data of communication between the payment service provider and the payment service user.
E.
The mechanism for notifying the payment service provider of any unauthorized payment transaction - whether incorrectly created or executed - and the duration of the notification, in addition to clarifying the payment service provider’s responsibilities for unauthorized payment transactions.
F.
The mechanism for amending the terms and conditions, the duration of the contract and the rights of the parties to terminate the framework contract.
G.
The maximum time during which payment transactions shall be executed.
H.
Any other information necessary to be complied with regarding the client protection requirements and principles in accordance with the provisions of Article [50].

The payment service provider shall provide the payment service user with a copy of the framework contract upon request for the duration of the contractual relationship.
