The licensee shall maintain a record of each controller, provided that the record shall be updated within a period not exceeding forty days from the date he becomes aware of any changes. Each controller shall provide the licensee with all the information required to be included in the register, which includes - as a minimum - the following details:
A.
Full name;
B.
Current residential address;
C.
Date and place of birth;
D.
Nationality;
E.
A copy of personal ID.

The licensee shall send an annual report on the controllers to SAMA in accordance with the mechanism and format determined by SAMA.
3.
The licensee shall notify SAMA as soon as it becomes aware of any significant changes made in connection with the actions or circumstances of the current controllers, if the same has a potential impact on the competence and capacity of the controller or the licensee’s ability to carry out its business properly.
