  1. The SAMA shall notify the applicant in writing upon approval of receipt of the license application, after examining all documents and verifying their authenticity and completeness, provided that the applicant fulfills all requirements and submits all necessary data, information and documents stipulated in Article [8] and [9] of the Regulations.
  2. The applicant shall provide the SAMA with any additional information or documents it requests, not later than thirty calendar days following the request unless the SAMA specifies another period otherwise. The SAMA may also reject the license application if the required documents and information are not submitted in an acceptable manner and within the specified period.
  3. The SAMA may take the measures it deems necessary to evaluate the extent to which the applicant meets the licensing requirements.
  4. The SAMA shall notify the applicant in writing of its decision regarding the license application within ninety calendar days from the date of its notification of approval of receipt of the application under the first paragraph of this Article.
  5. In the event of a delay that exceeds the period of ninety days referred to in the Paragraph [4] of this Article, the SAMA shall notify the applicant of the additional period necessary to complete the examination of the application.
