1 | Compliance with the Rules Regulating Money Changing Business and relevant circulars. |
2 | Operating the full capacity by activating all exchange windows during the season. |
3 | Providing sufficient cash and all denominations of Saudi Riyals in a timely manner to ensure service availability, matching the density of Umrah performers and pilgrims during the season and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha periods. |
4 | Increasing the working hours and days of the centers to be suitable during the Ramadan and Hajj seasons, and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha periods. |
5 | Preventing crowding inside and outside the premises by taking the following minimum measures (with the assignment of a dedicated employee to monitor and ensure this):

6 | Ensuring staff name tags are worn, and displaying a notice showing shift schedules, names, and working hours during the season. |
7 | Displaying exchange rates clearly in a prominent place. |
8 | Updating the exchange rates screen by directly linking it to the system. |
9 | Issuing receipts for all transactions and providing the customer with a copy. |
10 | Installing clear signs indicating customer rights. |
11 | Providing POS (point of sale) services, along with a sticker indicating the availability of electronic payment services for customers who wish to pay this way. |
12 | Ensuring surveillance cameras and storage units operate effectively. |
13 | Providing a sufficient number of security staff. |
14 | Providing modern currency counting and sorting machines that effectively detect counterfeit currency and following the necessary procedures if counterfeit money is encountered. |
15 | Adding the geographic location of the center on Google Maps, along with displaying the center's name in both Arabic and English. |
16 | Ensuring the security authorities are notified in case of detecting currency exchange activities at unauthorized outlets, with SAMA being informed accordingly. |
