SAMA may from time to time issue further instructions and guidance to the Banks to deal with any other related matters and to achieve the objectives of the DPF;

Any issues arising during the implementation of these rules shall be dealt with under the rules and regulations of SAMA and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
