Further to SAMA's Circular No. (43043372) dated 15/05/1443H regarding the unified instructions for amounts excluded from seizure under judicial orders, and in reference to Article No. (21) of the Enforcement Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/53) dated 13/08/1433H, which defines what may not be subject to seizure or execution, and based on the arrangements made between the Saudi Central Bank and the Ministry of Justice regarding the exemption of expenses deposited in the the Custodial Person's account and compensation amounts resulting from medical practice from seizure under judicial orders.

Accordingly, we attach an updated list of amounts deposited in Client accounts that are excluded from seizure under judicial orders, including the aforementioned items, the identification code for each exemption, and the Applicable Percentage for the Client. The Saudi Central Bank emphasizes the importance and responsibility of banks in coding these transfers according to their specific identification "code".
