Referring to the circulars issued by the central bank regarding the acceptance and exchange of banknotes and coins (specifically the one riyal and five riyals denominations), including:

In light of the observation that some banks have not adhered to the contents of these circulars and have hesitated to accept and exchange small denominations of banknotes and coins, the central bank would like to emphasize the importance of full compliance with the aforementioned circulars.
