  1. Applications for the issuance and renewal of licenses for the activity shall be submitted to the General Directorate of Public Security. The Implementing Regulations of this Law shall specify the required documents and conditions. 
  2. License applicants shall, upon issuance or renewal of licenses, pay an annual fee of one thousand riyals. The Implementing Regulations shall specify the conditions therefor.
