Based on the powers granted to the Central Bank under the Central Bank Law issued by Royal Decree No. (23) dated 1377/5/23 AH, the Banking Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/5) dated 1386/2/22 AH, and the Financing Companies Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/51) dated 1433/8/13 AH, and referring to the White Land Fees Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/4) dated 1437/2/12 AH, and its executive regulations issued by the esteemed Council of Ministers’ Decision No. (379) dated 1437/9/8 AH.

The Central Bank emphasizes that banks, financial institutions, and financing companies must register land subject to the fees within the specified period to avoid financial penalties for the actual owners.
