The Central Bank received a letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. 39/1/3/267/A dated 13/01/1436 H, indicating the ministry's readiness to launch the new version of the electronic commercial register, which will be implemented across all regions of the Kingdom in November 2014. This initiative aims to enhance its electronic services for the business sector and provide convenient and easy services for all clients and beneficiaries. Through this new version, the commercial register certificate will be issued electronically with a Quick Response (QR) code, allowing the applicant to print it without needing to obtain a traditional certificate.

Accordingly, we hope to recognize the electronic commercial register certificate as an official document. It is worth noting that the data of the commercial register issued by the Ministry can be verified either by entering the register number or by scanning the electronic code (QR Code).
