Further to SAMA's instructions issued under Circular No. 371000104967 dated 26/09/1437 H regarding the specified deadlines for submitting quarterly and annual financial statements to SAMA, we would like to inform you that the periods for submitting financial statements for branches of foreign banks to SAMA have been extended as follows:

First: Quarterly financial statements must be submitted to SAMA within a period not exceeding (30) working days from the end of each quarter.

Second: Annual financial statements must be submitted to SAMA within a period not exceeding three months from the end of the financial year.
