In continuation of the Central Bank's instructions communicated via Circular No. (43010538) dated 02/02/1443 H regarding the acceptance of the digital identity from the Absher platform and the Tawakkalna application, we would like to inform you about the launch of an electronic version of the (Family Register for Citizens) document issued from the Absher platform on the Tawakkalna application in partnership with the Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority. This aims to facilitate citizens by enabling relevant entities to access Family Register data simply by scanning the Quick Response (QR) code.

It is required that all financial institutions accept the (Family Register for Citizens) document available through the Absher platform and the Tawakkalna application for transactions that do not require a physical copy of the document, subject to the same regulations and provisions applicable to printed copies of these documents.
