Referring to Central Bank Circular No. 361000107381 dated 7/8/1436 H, regarding the provision of prudential data to the Central Bank at specified times according to the models, controls, and instructions set by the Central Bank, we would like to inform you of the update on annual and quarterly prudential data models. Financing companies must adhere to the following:

First: The financing company must complete all required data and follow the instructions provided in the prudential data models, ensuring that the validation rules are correctly applied before submission.

Second: Completed prudential data models should be submitted in Excel format via the Supervisory Data System (Returns Management System "RMS"). In case of any technical issues, they should be submitted via email to the designated prudential data email (fccpr@sama.gov.sa).

The Central Bank emphasizes the importance of adhering to the aforementioned update and submitting the prudential data models at the specified times and in the prescribed manner.
