Referring to the instructions of SAMA issued by Circular No. (42080532) dated 18/11/1442 H, Regarding the addition of "a foreign worker withdrawing or depositing a cheque drawn on an entity other than their workplace, or receiving a money transfer from an entity other than their workplace" as an index of suspicious commercial concealment that must be reported to the Financial Investigation Department.
I inform you that it has been decided to terminate the use of the above-mentioned index as one of the indicators of suspicious commercial cover-up activity.
