Referring to Article 72 and Article 73 of the Executive Regulations of the Finance Companies Control Law, and to the Central Bank’s circular No. 371000052766 dated 7/5/1437 H regarding the submission of quarterly risk reports and audited annual and quarterly financial statements for financing companies.

The Central Bank would like to confirm that financing companies are required to publish the reports and financial statements referred to in Article 72 and Article 73 of the Executive Regulations of the Finance Companies Control Law on their websites within ten (10) business days from the end of the deadline for submission.
