SAMA may take any necessary actions, such as making on-site visits, meeting the Company’s executives and reviewing its regulations, procedures and records, to verify that the Debt-Based Crowdfunding Company has met all SAMA’s requirements.

Upon the fulfillment of all requirements and completion of all procedures, SAMA will issue a decision granting the applicant a license to engage in Debt-Based Crowdfunding.

The Debt-Based Crowdfunding Company shall not engage in any other activity that the Company is not authorized to practice, unless SAMA’s approval is obtained for such activity.
