The bank may open accounts for public corporations and public institutions (see Appendix "B" for further information on such entities and their names) upon obtaining the following documents:
1.
A copy of the decision to form the entity’s board of directors, issued by the Council of Ministers.
2.
A copy of the authorization letter by the board of directors, allowing specific person(s) to operate the account, along with copies of those persons’ IDs and their specimen signatures.
