Upon issuance of the approval of a License application, SAMA may impose limitations on the services or activities for which the Applicant has requested a License.

SAMA may include a License application, such requirements as it deems appropriate. Such a requirement may be imposed so as to require the Applicant, or a Person within the Applicant’s group, to take a specified action or to refrain from taking a specified action.
