• License Application Form for Money Exchange Business. 
• Fit and Proper Form. 
• Letter of Guarantee for the Purposes of Conducting Money Exchanging Business. 
• Cash Reserve Deposit Certificate Form for Class (B And C). 
• Other Requests Forms.
