SAMA requires that, taking into account the nature, scale and complexity of the business of the FBB, the FBB should establish, implement and maintain:
i.
Decision-making procedures and an organizational structure which clearly and in a documented manner specifies reporting lines and allocates functions and responsibilities and governance of the branch,
ii.
Effective internal reporting and communication of information at all relevant levels of the branch and;
iii.
Effective reporting and communication with the Head Office of the branch.
