Referring to the royal decree No. (A/371) dated 24/6/1443H, which included the approval of the 22nd of February every year as a day to commemorate the founding of the Saudi State, named (Founding Day), and to be an official holiday. Based on the powers of SAMA in determining the holidays for entities under its supervision and regulation, and the working hours of these entities, we inform you the following:

First: Sunday, 24/8/1446H, corresponding to 23/2/2025G, will be an official holiday.

Second: Banks, exchange centers, and payment service providers must open a number of branches in locations where services are required, such as airports and various border crossings, to operate for a specific period during the holiday mentioned above, and to inform SAMA with the names of these branches, their operating hours, and announce this information through appropriate channels.
