Taking into consideration the Rules on Outsourcing for Finance Companies, if some or all tasks related to the internal audit function are assigned, it is the Company's responsibility to ensure that the outsourced service provider complies with the provisions of these Principles.

These Principles shall enter into force (180) days after the date of its publication on SAMA’s website.
